Review: Archer the Ultimate Fantasy, by Bad Dragon

Image
I was out with a cold last week, and have been so ill that I haven't had much energy for anything. On the tail end of my illness came a time when my husband couldn't hold back any longer - and frankly, neither could I. So, he donned our strap-on harness and I flopped into bed, and we took a ride on Archer. Archer is perhaps Bad Dragon's plainest dildo, but that doesn't mean it's boring. What began as an April Fool's Day joke became one of their best-kept secrets. And guys, I'm not joking when I say that Archer may just be able to heal the sick... though that could be due to the magical color scheme we got ours in. A complete cold care kit. Just add chicken soup. Despite its plainness, Archer was one of the first toys I was eyeing back when it was still just another bullet point on our wish list. Specifically, I wanted it in Full Spectrum, Bad Dragon's rainbow coloration. Something about the perfect smoothness of the shaft, the uniformity, mak

Review: Nox the Night Drake, by Bad Dragon

Image
Hello, lovelies! I'm back from a much-needed vacation, and ready to dive into my toy collection again. Hubs and I only brought two dildos with us, and today I'm going to discuss one of them: Nox , one of Bad Dragon's most popular toys. Nox is what you might call a BD staple - almost everyone who has even a modest collection has a Nox, and it's often recommended to beginners. From the picture above, you can see why: smooth curves, a tapered head, and a streamlined design make it one of Bad Dragon's most beginner-friendly models. It has just the right kind of form to set it apart from mainstream dildos without making it intimidating, and I always recommend Nox to anyone who is looking to branch out into fantasy toys. Currently, I only own one Nox. I hope to remedy this situation soon with the addition of a large to my collection. Once this happens, I'll post an updated review. For now, I will provide the specs for my lonely little night drake: Size: Mediu

Traveling with Sex Toys

Image
We're going on a trip this week! And you know what that means: it's time to find a way to discreetly and safely pack our sex toys. Prepping your toys for travel is a simple affair, but it does take some forethought. There are certain things to consider, such as the types of toys you have, how those toys may be interpreted to the uninitiated, and the laws of the country to which you'll be travelling - yes, some countries do ban sex toys. The method of travel is also important - airport security is far more complex than, say, cruise ship travel. Travelling by car or bus can minimize the chances of your luggage being inspected, but if you cross international borders, that can be a completely different story. So, how do you pack your sex toys? First, let's look at some basic tips. Never travel with batteries inside your toys. Not only could this result in damage to the battery and the toy, but it can cause a small kerfuffle if it goes off spontaneously.   Alway

Review: Pretzal the Swamp Wyrm, by Bad Dragon

Image
This week, we tackle the toy that started my collection, my obsession, and this blog: Pretzal the Swamp Wyrm, by Bad Dragon . To give a bit of background on the company, they sell high-quality sex toys. These sex toys also happen to be modeled after fantasy creatures, such as dragons and werewolves. Their toys are all made with 100% medical grade, platinum cure silicone - it's body safe, hypoallergenic, durable, and able to be sanitized with various methods, which we will discuss in a later post. I would dearly love to get into the story of how I discovered Bad Dragon, but I don't want to derail this review. Let's just say that I stumbled across the website by chance, and have been hooked on fantasy dick ever since. Though Pretzal wasn't the first Bad Dragon dildo I saw, it was the one that captivated me. Just look at that magnificent bastard. I can't use the images from Bad Dragon's website, because I don't want to get sued, but I think this photo

Review: David the Werewolf, by Bad Dragon

Image
Happy Halloween, everybody! I had planned to do a review of Pretzal this week, but in honor of the holiday, I've decided to showcase a very spooky beast: Bad Dragon's David the Werewolf . Bad Dragon is a company that specializes in fantasy sex toys. They use only medical grade platinum cure silicone, which is nonporous, hypo-allergenic, and durable. These toys are made to last for years with proper care, and they can be completely sanitized with heat or bleach (you can find proper care instructions here ).  There are so many models to choose from that you might feel a little lost. I sure did when I first began my toying adventures, and I chose the werewolf as my very first knotted toy (for the uninitiated, "knotted" refers to the abrupt bulge at the bottom of the shaft, known as a knot). Something that also drew me to the company was the variety of colors they offer. Over the years, I have amassed quite a collection of Bad Dragon dildos. As you can see from

Welcome to My Blog!

Hello! My name is Jessica, for all you know, and I'm here to tell you what I think about various adult toys. Now, you may say to yourself: "Why should I care what this anonymous bitch has to say?" Good question. Perhaps you're a virgin curious about what the fantasy toy scene has to offer. Perhaps you've been toying for a long time, and want to get a fresh perspective. Perhaps you just want someone to argue with. Regardless, it's my intention to tell you what I think about the toys I have (and the toys I have had). Whether you agree with me or disagree with me, perhaps we can all learn something at the end of the day.  And perhaps I just wanted a way to show off my collection while still pretending that it has some value to others. The world may never know. Presently, my entire collection (with the exception of a few accessories) consists of dildos from Bad Dragon ( bad-dragon.com ). Bad Dragon was the first company of its kind that caught my atten
